Audience: High School graduate, 18+, Sports Medicine
Summary: ACSM is the largest sports medicine and exercise science organization in the world. ACSM promotes scientific research, education and practical applications of sports medicine and exercise science to maintain physical performance, fitness, health and the quality of life. My opinion about the site is that I can go here any time and receive additional help. I've learned that this site have helped lots of professional trainer get to where they are today. This site can improve but not so much because I feel that it is very helpful and can help people with their goals. Have you visited other sites that helped you reach your goal? If so, comment
